Your details and the health check

The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to prepare your report and talk to you about it, and we never share or sell it.

While you answer

Your answers stay in your browser while you take the health check. They are saved on your device so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing is sent to us at this stage. You can clear them at any time with "Start over".

What we collect when you ask for your full report

• Your name, work email, company and role.
• Your role, team size, organisation size and starting point, and your score for each area. Your individual answers and your optional note stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
• Your scores and the date you sent them.

This page doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Spam protection

The full report form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. To tell people from bots, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details (user agent and TLS fingerprint). The check runs only on the form step, not while you answer the questions. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

We hold IP addresses briefly in memory for rate limiting and never store them.

Why we collect it

To prepare your report, to contact you about it and to suggest a next step if you'd like one. We won't add you to a newsletter without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep your details and scores for 12 months, then delete them, unless we're working together by then and you've agreed otherwise.

Sharing

We don't share or sell your data to anyone. It is stored with the hosting and storage providers we use to run this service, only for that purpose.

Deleting or seeing your data

Email hello@loom.example and we'll send you a copy or delete everything we hold about you.

Share links

The "copy link" button puts your answers into the link itself, so anyone with the link can see your scores. It never includes your name, email, company or free-text note. Nothing about a share link is stored by us.
