We work with design teams of five or more
Loom works with organisations whose design teams have five or more people: design-system leads, heads of design, CTOs and engineering leaders, and founders. Smaller teams are welcome to use the health check.
An engagement moves in clear steps
Every organisation is different, so every paid step is scoped with you. We publish a guide price for each step we can price today.
1. Health check
About three minutes in your browser. You see your gaps area by area and a first set of next steps. Your answers stay in your browser. Working
2. Quick audit: two weeks
A fast, fixed-scope first step. We audit your repository with Loom, write a report with scores and evidence, propose a roadmap, and set an evaluation baseline so progress can be measured later. A Quick audit is priced between €5,000 and €8,000. Working What does not work yet: the evaluation baseline is a method we have defined, not yet run with a client.
3. Paid discovery: two to four weeks
We look at your real system with your team and agree what to fix first. A discovery includes:
- a guided health check, and a team survey that compares how design, engineering and product see the system, with answers encrypted to our consultant's key; Partial
- an audit of your repository with Loom; Working
- a review of your Figma library by our experts, with Loom's Figma audit where your plan allows it; Partial
- a discovery report with scores and evidence, the biggest risks, a phased roadmap and a quote for the next step. Partial
A discovery is priced between €15,000 and €25,000, scoped by the effort your system needs. What does not work yet: the survey, the Figma audit and the report have run on sample systems, not yet with a client.
4. Conversion and adoption
A project, scoped with you. We convert your system without changing how it looks, deliver changes your team reviews, and help your teams adopt it. Your repository and Figma stay the sources of truth throughout.
5. Ongoing care with the Loom platform
We look after the system with your team. Loom finds drift and drafts fixes; your people review and decide; our experts help with the judgement calls.
Today, the platform comes with an engagement. Once we have completed five successful engagements, we will also offer the platform on its own. A successful engagement means a client who signed for ongoing care after discovery and approved a published case study with measured before and after numbers.
A first conversation is about your system, not our product
We ask how your system is built, who looks after it, and what worries you most. If it helps, we look at your health check result together. There is no obligation.

If you find a security issue in this site, the health check or Loom's tools, write to us with the details. We will confirm that we received it and keep you informed. Please do not access data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it.
