Your brand now depends on what your AI tools copy
Your brand, at the speed of AI. AI coding tools now build screens every day. They copy whatever they find. If your system is unclear, they repeat the problem across every product, in your brand's name.
Too few people carry the system. In the zeroheight Design Systems Report 2026, only 23% of design-system teams say they are adequately resourced, and 56% name staffing as their biggest challenge.
zeroheight Design Systems Report 2026 (survey of 147 practitioners), figures as published in zeroheight's launch webinar.
Investment without evidence. You fund the system, but it is hard to say what it delivers, what it is missing and whether it is improving.
Starting again is rarely possible. Most organisations have years of product code and design files. A rewrite is too slow and too risky.
Loom takes your system to its next level and keeps it there
We fix the system, not document it. Loom is a service with experts, a framework and a tool together. It works in four steps:
- See: an honest picture of the system, scored on a public eight-area rubric, with the evidence. Working
- Shape: a governed system that people and AI tools can follow, without changing how your product looks.
- Govern: owners, rules and decisions recorded in your own repository. Working
- Run: agents do the routine work under rules your people set; people make the decisions.
Your code and designs stay yours. Loom writes only through changes your team reviews, and everything stays in your repository if you leave. Partial What does not work yet: Loom opening those changes as pull requests by itself has not yet been used on a client repository. We do not train models on your data. Our commitment
Outcomes are measured against a baseline
We do not promise savings figures. We cite savings only from our own measured cases, and we will publish them when we have them. What we do promise for an engagement:
- a measured baseline on the eight rubric areas,
- a converted system, delivered as changes your team reviews,
- outcomes you can follow: issues caught before shipping, components reused, drafts accepted, drift resolved.
The system owner's first view shows adoption, drift, flow and quality, and says "not measured" where there is no source. Working
What you can measure

- Baseline score per area
- Open questions only people can answer

- Rules and owners
- An MCP server for agents

An engagement starts small and earns the next step
- Health check. About three minutes, in the browser. Working
- Paid discovery. Two to four weeks, scoped with you: a guided health check, an audit of your code and Figma, a team survey and a roadmap with a quote. Partial The discovery report has run on sample systems, not yet with a client.
- Conversion. A project, scoped with you, delivered with Loom.
- Ongoing care. We look after the system with your team on the Loom platform.
Every engagement is scoped with you. A Quick audit is priced between €5,000 and €8,000, and a discovery between €15,000 and €25,000. Loom works with organisations whose design teams have five or more people.

- A strict, public standard. Story Atelier, the design system of Seamline (a product from our own team), scored 59 out of 100, "Loose threads". After Loom's service it scores 83, "Holding together". Working That result is on our copy of the system, scored with Loom's own open rubric, and the founder has not yet accepted the records. Working
- We apply it to ourselves. Loom's own control area scores 26 out of 100. We are rebuilding it on our own design system, Loom Base, which scores 73. Working
- Agents get the real system through 17 tools that look it up and check their work. Working
- Early pilots made the product better. Two pilots on 25 October 2026 found gaps in our audit on real apps; both were fixed the same day. Working
Systems and operations save money over time. A design system that is run well is an asset, not a cost.
Questions
Is this software or consulting? Both. Experts lead the judgement calls; the tool does the routine work and keeps the evidence. Today, the platform comes with an engagement. Once we have completed five successful engagements, we will also offer the platform on its own.
Will our product change how it looks? No. Conversion keeps the look.
Will this replace our designers or engineers? No. Agents do routine work; your people decide.
Who is behind Loom? Loom is founder-led. It was founded by Xavier Sorribas, a design-system and UX Ops leader who led Digital and UX Ops for a global design system.
What does it cost? Each engagement is scoped with you.
